Ordering
What currency are the prices I see on the website?
Prices on our webshop are available in all major currencies.
I just placed an order, when will it ship?
We try our best to ship items as fast as we can. Please allow 1-3 days of production time for your order to ship out. The average shipping times are 4-12 business days. Tracking numbers will be updated in 1-3 days after your order has been shipped. If you don't receive a tracking number after 7 business days, please email us at support@tallpinecases.com
I am not in love with my order, can it be returned? What if there is an issue?
We offer a 100 % money-back guarantee if the product is defective or damaged. We give you 30 days to send it back to us for a full refund after arrival date. We will reimburse the shipping expense upon receipt. Kindly include a photo of your receipt for the refund process. Once we have received the product, we will refund the full amount of your original purchase incl. shipping expense. Please include your full name and order numbers with the returned parcels. Please note: If your package is on the way, you must wait for it to arrive and return it before receiving a refund.
Can I cancel my order?
You are able to cancel your order without extra charges! You must cancel your order before it ships.
Shipping
I have entered an incorrect address. What do I do now?
If you have miss-spelled or auto-filled in an incorrect address, simply reply to your order confirmation email and confirm. Once you double-check if the address given is wrong, kindly notify us via email at support@tallpinecases.com
If the given address is wrong, we can change the address to the correct one within 24 hours. No refund will be given after 24 hours of incorrect submission.
How long does shipping take?
Under normal shipping conditions, our average delivery time is between 4 to 12 business days, and we ship worldwide from various fulfillment centers based on your location. For our EU customers, it's important to note that even when shipments originate within Europe, packages may undergo random customs controls, potentially causing delays based on the destination country.
We understand the excitement of receiving your order promptly, and we want to be transparent about potential delays that may arise due to factors beyond our control. During holiday seasons or third-party logistic partner issues, shipping times may also be affected.
Please bear in mind that these situations are out of our control, but we're dedicated to doing everything possible to minimize any inconvenience you may experience.
Do you ship internationally?
Certainly! Tallpine Cases is pleased to provide international shipping for our customers. Please note that if you're ordering from a country outside the EU, you might incur customs duties and import taxes, which are set by your country's regulations. For specific information about these charges, we suggest reaching out to your local Customs office.
What is Tallpine Cases' shipping policy?
When you place an order with Tallpine Cases, you will receive a confirmation email to acknowledge your purchase. After your order has been processed and shipped, we will send you a notification email with your package's tracking information. Please keep in mind that shipping fees are non-refundable. For international orders outside the EU, customs duties and taxes may be applicable. These charges are not included in your order cost and are determined by your local Customs office. Where are Tallpine Cases products made?
Tallpine Cases products are thoughtfully designed and crafted in Finland by our founder and a skilled in-house team. We source our materials ethically and sustainably by collaborating with local and global family-owned manufacturers. These strategic partnerships enable us to uphold rigorous environmental and labor standards throughout our production process. By using responsibly sourced materials, reducing waste, and ensuring safe working conditions, we maintain strict control over our supply chain. This allows us to continuously enhance our processes, maintain transparency, and adhere to the highest standards of sustainability and ethical practices.
What are your phone cases made of?
Our compostable phone cases are made of PLA (plant-based polymers), bamboo fibers, wheat straw and vegan components. Our wooden and epoxy resin phone cases are made out of harvested and FSC-certified wood species. Our epoxy resin cases are also made of plant-based epoxy resin. The frames of the wooden phone cases are made of recycled TPU.
Which phone models are your cases compatible with?
At the moment, we offer phone cases for the most popular phone models. We offer cases for iPhone and Samsung Galaxy. This way, we can manufacture sustainably.
Warranty
What is Tallpine Cases' warranty policy?
All our products come with a comprehensive one-year warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers products against defects in materials and workmanship used under normal conditions and for their intended purpose.
For our card holder wallets specifically, we recommend avoiding overloading them. Overstuffing with more cards than recommended can cause undue stress on the stitching and materials.
How do I make a warranty claim?
Damage caused by unreasonable use, neglect, or general wear and tear from everyday use is not covered by this warranty.
Additionally, the warranty is void if you change your mind about the product after purchase. To claim under our warranty, you'll need to have purchased the product directly from our website and provide proof of purchase when you contact us.
